UVision Air has signed a contract to supply its Hero-120 Loitering Munition System to an undisclosed European country.
The significant achievement is the outcome of a productive collaboration with Rheinmetall, initiated in 2021. It follows a series of successful flight missions demonstrating the Hero-120’s exceptional capabilities in the extreme Arctic winter conditions. These missions encompassed extreme low temperatures, heavy snowfall, strong winds, high humidity, ice-forming flight conditions, low cloud cover, and limited visibility, both day and night.
“We are proud of this latest contract, which was secured shortly after we have demonstrated the unique capabilities of the Hero-120,” said Major General (ret.) Avi Mizrachi, CEO of UVision. “The system’s effectiveness extends beyond addressing the specific needs of military forces operating in the Arctic, reaching the broader regions of northern and eastern Europe.
