UK defence technology company Chess Dynamics has entered a strategic partnership with defence procurement company High-Tech AJ Holding Ltd., to provide Thailand’s defence industry with access to the latest innovative defence technology in the Land and Maritime domains.
The new partnership will see Chess Dynamics’ leading surveillance and fire control solutions, which are in service with defence organisations across the globe, marketed exclusively in Thailand by High-Tech AJ as an official distributor.
David Tuddenham, Chess Group Managing Director, said: “We strongly believe that Defence leaders across the world should have access to the very best technologies and engineering excellence and we’re delighted to have found the ideal partner to bring our solutions directly to the Thai market. Chess has been operating for 30 years and, in that time, we have developed class leading Fire Control, Targeting and Surveillance solutions that deliver advanced capabilities to armed forces around the world”.
Anurak Inthraphuvasak, High-Tech AJ Holding Ltd. Managing Director, said: “High-Tech AJ is a local industrial partner for defence companies looking to trade in Thailand. Together with Chess Dynamics, we can bring the benefits of their technology to our customers in order to meet their short- and long-term strategies.”
Chess provides high-performance and scalable systems that deliver advanced situational awareness and fire control for operators in the most demanding environments. The new partnership will make Chess’ leading Hawkeye land solution and Sea Eagle maritime range directly available to the Royal Thai Armed Forces for the first time.
“Our modular capabilities are designed to ensure users have full flexibility and integrated solutions to meet any challenge. This partnership will be pivotal in providing the Thai defence industry with advanced, modular and scalable systems needed to meet ever-changing threats and dangers,” Tuddenham stated.
