Fly Across MRO has joined Embraer’s Authorised Service Centre Network for Executive Jets, providing base maintenance services for the Phenom and Praetor series at Toluca International Airport in Mexico. The agreement also covers the Legacy 450 and Legacy 500 models, with Fly Across MRO offering both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, including Aircraft on Ground (AOG) support and drop-in services.
The authorisation was granted following a thorough evaluation process to ensure compliance with Embraer’s standards. This certification establishes Fly Across MRO as a service provider for Embraer aircraft operators, offering maintenance, inspections, and repairs with backing from the aircraft manufacturer.

Embraer is growing its presence in the country, and we continue to enhance our services and support capabilities and capacity in Mexico.”
Fly Across MRO’s certification expands its capacity to service a wider range of Embraer aircraft models, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency. Embraer’s service network for Executive Jets includes eight company-owned service centres and 44 authorised centres in the Americas, with a total of 74 worldwide. The company has also recently expanded its business jet maintenance capacity in the United States, adding new maintenance lines in Dallas Love Field, Texas; Cleveland, Ohio; and Sanford, Florida.
