Thailand based Aero Technology Industry Limited
(ATIL) is showcasing unmanned aerial systems DEFENCE SOLUTIONS
(UAS) at the ongoing show, in what is the most
ambitious such programme in Thailand. Together
with its Chinese partners, ATIL has worked closely
with Thailand’s Defence R&D agency, the Defence
Technology Institute (DTI) and the Royal Thai Army
(RTA) to conceive three different drone systems to
meet the future needs of the Thai armed forces. In an
exclusive interaction with Daily News on the sidelines
of the show, Group Captain (Dr. Nattapol Niyomthai,
Director Aero Technology Industry Limited (ATIL) pro-
vided insights into the Thai drone programme.
