                                           ROYAL THAI ARMY SHOWCASES FIELD KITCHEN EQUIPMENT

                                           The individual field kitchen being showcased at Defence & Security is based on all-
                                           wheel drive truck which can move on different types of terrain. The mobile kitchen is
                                           equipped with a pressure cooker that can cook rice quickly and keep it warm. The
                                           cooker has a 105L capacity and reduces the time needed to prepare food for large
                                           groups of soldiers. The mobile kitchen also has three cooking stoves, a refrigerator
                                           and a 200L water tank and can cater to the needs of more than 400 hungry soldiers.
                                           It would also play an important role during disaster relief operations.
