A model of AERO Vodochody’s flagship, the L-39NG two-seat subsonic jet aircraft, dominates the joint exhibition of Czech aerospace manufacturers at the ongoing Show.
According to Aero, the L-39NG is a modern versatile platform suitable for training, reconnaissance and light combat missions. The new L-39NG combines advanced avionics systems, a highly efficient jet engine and outstanding flight performance. The L-39NG is fully certified in accordance with EU and NATO regulations, allowing it to be sold worldwide.
“We are in a series of ongoing negotiations not only on L-39NG contracts, but also with subcontractors to L-39NG production, such as Martin Baker or Williams, and last but not least, we will meet with our customers Embraer and Airbus to deepen cooperation in the field of production units,” said Viktor Sotona, President and CEO of Aero: “The Paris Air Show is a great opportunity for Aero and other Czech aerospace manufacturers to show that we are a force to be reckoned with in this global industry and that we can be interesting partners also in the field of the latest technological innovations.”
The joint presentation of sixteen Czech companies from the aerospace sector is organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic with the support of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Paris, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic and in cooperation with the Aerospace Industry Association of the Czech Republic.
