CargoAi has launched Allotment, a new feature that simplifies and automates batch pre-booking and allotment for regular air cargo across more than 40 airlines in over 130 countries. This enhancement to CargoAi’s digital ecosystem significantly streamlines the operational booking process for freight forwarders, eliminating manual repetitive tasks and enhancing the user experience for operators.

“Our new Allotment feature represents a significant leap forward in our mission to digitise and simplify the air cargo booking process,” said Matt Petot, CEO of CargoAi.

“By automating space bookings, we are not only saving time for our users but also increasing their operational efficiency. This is a game-changer for large and medium-size freight forwarders who heavily rely on regular and reliable cargo space,” he added.

The company’s Allotment feature simplifies and automates the regular booking of cargo space, removing the repetitive manual shipment-by-shipment process and reducing the potential for errors. It enables freight forwarders to secure space in batches on flights seamlessly, ensuring timely and consistent shipment deliveries. The overall process, which previously took days while awaiting confirmations from multiple airlines, has been reduced to a few seconds thanks to their batch allotment upload solution and instant confirmation feature.

The solution has already been adopted by several small and large forwarders. It offers a plug-and-play solution into existing processes and helps to reduce the operational workload by up to 99% for allotment bookings. Additionally, the feature is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing processes, providing a hassle-free experience for freight forwarders’ operators.
