Saudi Arabia is presenting its growing military production capability at the show with a large presence from the Prince Sultan Defence Studies & Research Centre (PSDSARC).
One of the items on display is the MANAR MNR-100 multi-function radar. This X-band surface radar makes use of an Active Electronic Scan Array (AESA), which allows the system to be easily scalable and configurable to support different deployment scenarios for detection of targets over air, land and sea.
“Our radar is also well suited for coastal surveillance and can be used for a wide variety of military applications,” company officials inform. PSDSARC says that the radar has been designed and made in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
