Scoot Announces New Route to Subang, Malaysia

Scoot, the budget airline subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA), has revealed the launch of a new flight route to Subang, Malaysia, commencing on 1 September 2024. The daily flights will be operated using Scoot’s Airbus A320 aircraft, offering customers an additional option for convenient travel between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, as well as connecting to the broader Scoot network.

The addition of Subang will expand Scoot’s route network to 70 destinations, including other Malaysian cities such as Ipoh, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur International Airport), Kuantan, Kuching, Langkawi, Miri, Penang, and Sibu. By September 2024, Scoot will be operating 110 weekly flights to Malaysia.

Scoot’s flight TR462 is set to leave Singapore at 11:55, arriving in Subang at 13:10. The return flight, TR463, is scheduled to depart Subang at 14:10, landing back in Singapore at 15:20. All times are local.

Bookings for flights to and from Subang are available starting today through Scoot’s website, mobile app, and progressively through other channels. All-in Economy class fares, inclusive of taxes, start from SGD 83 and RM 108, subject to terms and conditions.

Flight schedules are pending government and regulatory approvals and may be subject to change.
