وقع بنك أبوظبي التجاري الإماراتي اتفاقية متبادلة مع شركة”نوفامارين (Novamarine) الأوروبية لتصميم وتصنيع وتسويق قوارب صلبة قابلة للنفخ ذات علامة تجارية مشتركة (RHIBs) في الإمارات العربية المتحدة. سوف تتولى “نوفامارين” تسويق سفن “أبوظبي لبناء السفن” (ADSB) في أوروبا.
وقع ديفيد ماسي، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك أبوظبي لبناء السفن، وفرانشيسكو بيرو، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نوفامارين، الاتفاقية الاستراتيجية على هامش معرض الدفاع البحري والأمن البحري الجاري نافداكس 2021، الذي يقام إلى جانب معرض ومؤتمر الدفاع الدولي (آيدكس 2021) حتى 25 فبراير في مركز أبوظبي الوطني للمعارض أدنيك (ADNEC).
وبموجب شروط الاتفاقية، سيقوم بنك أبوظبي التجاري وشركة نوفامارين باستكشاف الفرص السوقية للقوارب المطاطية الصلبة (RHIB) في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وكذلك في أوروبا، وتطوير تصميمات وحلول مخصصة بناءً على متطلبات العملاء المختلفة. تهدف الاتفاقية إلى بناء علاقات تآزر طويلة الأجل بين الكيانين ، وتمكن الاتفاقية بنك أبوظبي التجاري من تصنيع هذه القوارب (RHIBs) محليًا بأبعاد تتراوح من 8 إلى 20 مترًا – مما يوسع بشكل كبير محفظة منتجاته الحالية.
قال “ديفيد ماسي”، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك أبوظبي التجاري: “في بنك أبوظبي التجاري، نواصل التركيز على طرح منتجات جديدة ومبتكرة في السوق.” “إن التعاون مع الشركات الرائدة في الصناعة ، مثل “نوفامارين”(Novamarine)، يمكّن بنك أبوظبي التجاري من توقع ومعالجة طلب السوق المتطور. نتطلع إلى شراكة دائمة ومفيدة للطرفين “.
إن بناء قوارب مطاطية صلبة (RHIB) وتصميم الأنابيب المملوءة بالرغوة يجعل القارب هو الأفضل في فئته ، وعالي الطفو الذي يوفر الاستقرار في جميع الظروف الجوية والاضطرابات ، حتى أثناء نقل الحمولات الثقيلة والعمليات الخاصة، تستعمل الجيوش والقوات الخاصة حول العالم القوارب الصلبة القابلة للنفخ عالية الأداء في عدد من العمليات، مثل البحث والإنقاذ والاعتراض في جميع أنحاء العالم.
ومن المتوقع أن تمهد الاتفاقية الجديدة الطريق لفرص جديدة لبنك أبوظبي لبناء السفن مع تعزيز مهمة الشركة لتقديم حلول مبتكرة ويمكن الاعتماد عليها لتضيف قيمة لعملائها وأصحاب المصلحة – العسكريين والمدنيين.

تعتبر أبوظبي لبناء السفن جزء من قطاع المنصات والأنظمة في ايدج، مجموعة التكنولوجيا المتقدمة لقطاع الدفاع وغيره، والتي تصنف بين أفضل 25 مورداً عسكرياً في العالم.
