بينما تقوم إدارة جو بايدن الجديدة في الولايات المتحدة بمراجعة العلاقات الدفاعية مع المملكة العربية السعودية والإمارات العربية المتحدة، تتطلع الشركات الروسية إلى الحصول على حصة أكبر من كعكة المشتريات العسكرية لدول الشرق الأوسط.
تقوم روسيا بعرض مجموعة من المعدات الدفاعية في معرض آيدكس2021 الذي ينطلق يوم الأحد 21 فبراير \ شباط. تتراوح المعروضات الروسية من أحدث أنظمة الدفاع الجوي مثل أنتاي-4000، و فايكينغ، و Tor-E2، و دبابة أرماتا T-14، ومقاتلة سو-35، و كورد، و بندقية الاقتحام AK-19، وصولا إلى الأنظمة المضادة للطائرات المسيرة.
قال المدير العام لشركة روستيخ الحكومية، سيرجي تشيميزوف: “تعد منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا الآن من بين العملاء الرئيسيين في سوق الأسلحة. تمثل هذه المنطقة حوالي ثلث إجمالي حجم السوق، والأسلحة التي تحمل علامة “صنع في روسيا” التجارية معروفة ومطلوبة هنا. لقد حققت الأسلحة الروسية نتائج جيدة للغاية في الظروف المناخية المعاكسة – في البحر، وعلى الأرض، وفي الجو. مع أخذ كل ما ذكر سابقا في الاعتبار، فإن المنطقة مهمة للغاية بالنسبة لنا. في نهاية عام 2020 استحوذت بلدان الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا على أكثر من 50 في المائة من جميع صادرات شركة روسوبورون إكسبورت. بالإضافة إلى نمو الصادرات تنوع المنتجات، قمنا بتوسيع جغرافية تعاوننا بشكل كبير في المنطقة. ستستمر هذه الاتجاهات الإيجابية في عام 2021 وفقًا للأهداف التي حددتها لنا قيادة الدولة الروسية.
شركة روسوبورون إكسبورت هي الجهة المنظمة لعرض روسيا المشترك في آيدكس 2021، والذي يمتد على مساحة 1200 متر مربع من مساحة المعرض في الجناح رقم 12. يمثل العرض المشترك منتجات الشركات التي تقع تحت مظلة شركة روستيخ الحكومية، بما في ذلك شركة الأنظمة عالية الدقة، و أورال فاغون زافود، و مجموعة كالاشنيكوف، و تيخنوديناميكا، و شركة صناعة الآلات المتحدة، و شركة شفابيه القابضة، و ألماز-أنتاي، وشركة آغات للأنظمة البحرية المعلوماتية، و جمعية الإنتاج البحثي، و شركة برويكت-تيكنيكا، ومصنع بارود كازان.
يركز العرض المشترك لروسيا على عرض الموجودات و الحلول التقنية التي تهدف إلى الاستجابة للتهديدات والتحديات الأمنية الحالية، في المقام الأول في ظل تطوير أسلحة الهجوم، بما في ذلك الصواريخ من مختلف النطاقات والطائرات بدون طيار الهجومية. ستعمل شركة روسوبورون إكسبورت في آيدكس 2021 على تقديم مناهجها وحلولها، خصوصا في مجال مكافحة الجماعات الإرهابية ضمان أمن المنشآت الحيوية والبنى التحتية والنقل والطاقة.
“تعرض روسوبورون إكسبورت في أبو ظبي المنتجات المصممة حديثًا من كتالوج الصادرات، بما في ذلك ناقلة الجنود المدرعة الجديدة ومركبة المشاة المقاتلة المبنية على أساس منصة بومرانغ القتالية ذات العجلات الموحدة، وأنظمة الدفاع الجوي الصاروخية أنتاي-4000، و فايكينغ، و Tor- E2. هذه هي المرة الأولى التي تعرض فيها هذه المنجات في المنطقة. لأول مرة على الإطلاق هناك عروض عامة لدبابة T-14 أرماتا وأنواع جديدة من الأسلحة النارية روسية الصنع – بنادق هجومية من طراز كورد، ومسدس ليبيديف وأحدث بندقية الاقتحام كلاشينكوفAK-19 . كما سيتم عرض نظام مصمم لمواجهة المركبات الجوية غير المأهولة ،” أضاف ألكسندر ميخيف من شركة روستيخ.
تعرض روسوبورون إكسبورت أكثر من 400 من معداتها العسكرية. يشتمل عرض روسوبورون إكسبورت على نماذج بالحجم الطبيعي لمعدات الطيران، مثل مقاتلة سو-35 متعددة المهام ومروحية النقل والهجوم Mi-38T والتي تقول الشركة إنها قد تزيد بشكل كبير من القدرات القتالية لفريق مهام الطيران لأي دولة في الشرق الأوسط أو شمال أفريقيا.
ومن أبرز المعروضات أيضًا هناك أنظمة ذات شعبية في سوق الشرق الاوسط وستكون محط الأنظار في المعرض، وذلك مثل منظومة إس-400، و Tor-M2KM، بالإضافة إلى نظام كوبول-برو المضاد للطائرات من دون طيار.
في قطاع الطيران غير المأهول يقدم المركز التكنولوجي الخاص معلومات عن المجمع أورلان Orlan-10E الروسي الشهير.
روسيا في نافدكس 2021
يشمل قسم العرض البحري على نماذج مجسمة لقارب الدورية للمشروع 22160 وسفينة الصواريخ الصغيرة كاراكورت-إي للمشروع 00E228 من قبل شركة إي كي بارس لبناء السفن.
يعول مصنع ديغتياريوف، والذي يعرض بندقية كورد الهجومية الجديدة من عياري 7.62 و 5.45 ملم لأول مرة خارج روسيا، على الاهتمام العام المتزايد. بالإضافة إلى شركة لوبايف المتميزة ببنادق القنص بعيدة المدى مثل DVL-10M1 Saboteur، و TSVL-8 ستالينغراد، و DXL-3 Longstrike، و DXL-4 Sevastopol.
سنكون هناك أيضا نماذج بالحجم الطبيعي للمركبات المدرعة لعائلتي تايفون و تورنادو.
وفقا لمصدر مسؤول في الشركة فقد “أعدت شركة روسوبورون إكسبورت برنامج أعمال واسع النطاق في أبو ظبي. هناك جدول اجتماعات ومفاوضات مع ممثلين عن القيادة العسكرية والسياسية ومجتمع الأعمال في الشرق الأوسط ودول شمال إفريقيا.”
