SpearUAV has announced the appointment of Yiftach Kleinman as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He replaces the company's founder, Gadi Kuperman, who will remain as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chairman of the Board.
Kleinman, who previously served as Deputy CEO and EVP Commercial, has over 25 years of experience in the global defence sector. His previous roles include leading major defence programmes and securing multi-billion-dollar contracts. As Deputy General Manager of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems' Land & Naval Division, he managed an international portfolio worth approximately $300 million, including the company's largest merger and acquisition deal, valued at over £100 million.

SpearUAV has expanded its market presence in recent years and secured major contracts, including a recent $20 million deal. The company specialises in encapsulated loitering weapon systems for air, land, and sea operations.
