Launched in 2020, Discovery has been instrumental in developing employee competencies and meeting the evolving demands of the air cargo sector. Over 1,200 learners actively participate in Discovery, having completed more than 5,600 courses. The platform currently offers 77 courses, with learners collectively dedicating over 10,000 hours to their training. Discovery has a strong global user base, particularly in Europe.

Discovery offers various features to support interactive and personalised learning. These include an intuitive search bar, an organised course catalogue, and multimedia elements such as videos and quizzes to cater to different learning styles. The platform is compatible across devices, allowing for flexible learning, and offers tailored modules for specific job roles. Robust assessment and certification features validate employee proficiency, recognising their achievements.

The platform provides a wide range of content, including IT and digital solutions, air cargo industry knowledge, and sustainability-related topics.
