Teledyne e2v Highlights Range of Products
Three divisions of Teledyne e2v are at
ADEX 2023, showcasing a wide variety of
products.
The Teledyne e2v RF team is promoting
SafeStop, a deactivation system for tar-
geted vehicles. The ultimate in deactivation
technology for land, sea and air, SafeStop
is non-contact and creates a temporary
impact on cars, motorcycles, trucks and
boats. The technology discreetly uses a
single RF beam to immobilise vehicles like
UAVs, without GPS interference. The new
marinised system, SafeStop at Sea, has
now launched stopping jet skis and boats
for enhanced safety against piracy, smug-
gling and attacks.
The Teledyne e2v Space Imaging team
are highlighting its newest CMOS sensors
and infrared detectors. These include the HgCdTe detector which provides detection converter. The device forms part of the

U.S. PACAF F-16 Demonstration Team to Perform at Show
The U.S. Pacific Air Forces F-16
Demonstration Team is performing aer-
obatic manoeuvres at the ongoing Seoul
ADEX. The PACAF F-16 Demonstration
Team is the premier U.S. aerial demonstra-
tion team in the Indo-Pacific region.
It has operated out of the 35th Fighter Wing,
Misawa Air Base, Japan, since its inception
in 1995 when it became the first demon-
stration team to fly the block 50 version of
the F-16 Fighting Falcon. The PACAF F-16
Demo Team includes a pilot/commander,
pilot safety officers, maintainers, and public
affairs personnel from several units across
the USAF’s 35th Fighter Wing.
The U.S. Pacific Air Forces F-16
Demonstration Team’s primary mission is
to inspire goodwill and promote positive
relations between the U.S. and partner
nations across the western Pacific by
exhibiting an exciting display of aerial
manoeuvrability. The display team will
safely demonstrate the awesome power
and manoeuvrability of the F-16 Fighting
Falcon over the skies of Seoul.
