The Business Aviation Asia Forum and Expo (BAAFEx) 2025, set to take place from 4–6 March at Singapore’s Changi Exhibition Centre, has announced an expanded lineup of exhibitors, conference sponsors, and a broader conference agenda.
Leck Chet Lam, Managing Director of Experia Events, stated that the event has received strong interest from industry leaders, reflecting growth in the Asia-Pacific business aviation sector. He noted that the addition of new exhibitors and sponsors, along with an extensive conference programme, positions BAAFEx as a key platform for industry engagement.

These companies will join an existing lineup that includes Boeing Business Jets, Vista, Amber Aviation, Lufthansa Technik, TAG Aviation, Gama Aviation, Bermuda Aircraft Registry, Glenair, Viasat, and MedAire.
Industry Perspectives
Carlos Brana, Executive Vice President of Civil Aircraft at Dassault Aviation, highlighted the Falcon 8X’s efficiency, flexibility, and cabin comfort, describing the event as an opportunity to showcase the aircraft and engage with customers in the region.
Paul Desgrosseilliers, General Manager of ExecuJet Haite, said the company views BAAFEx as an opportunity to connect with potential customers and partners as it expands in Southeast Asia.
Elanie Turner, Global Marketing Director at TAG Aviation, said the company is participating to showcase its aircraft management, charter, and maintenance services, as well as its flagship fixed-base operation (FBO) in Macau.
Fabian Nagel, Vice President Sales, VIP & Special Mission Aircraft at Lufthansa Technik, expressed support for the event and noted that the company will showcase its cabin design services and its Cabin Management System, branded as “>>nice<<”.
Tom Phillips, Regional Director for Asia-Pacific at Gogo | Satcom Direct, described the region as a growing market for connectivity solutions, while Jeff Chiang, Director of Sales & Business Development at Amber Aviation, said the company aims to strengthen its presence in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Dion Xavier, Senior Director of Business Aviation for the Asia-Pacific region at World Fuel – A World Kinect Company, stated that the event provides an opportunity to reconnect with partners and introduce new solutions to clients in the region.
