Digital transformation in the defence domain is receiving greater attention in Vietnam, due to the constant advances in technology. Speaking at the Conference on Digital Transformation and Application in the field of National Defence under the framework of Vietnam International Defence Exhibition, Dr. Tran Quy – Director of the Vietnam Digital Economy Development Institute said: “The biggest challenge of digital transformation in Vietnam is the perception of leaders and the habits of the organization.”
